Bay Windows

Making a Room Bigger and Brighter

Andersen bay windows can make a home feel bigger and brighter. They are the perfect solution for enlarging a room, expanding a view, or just sitting and contemplating your expanded view of the world outside.

Bay windows consist of a set of windows pushed outside the house while leaving a space inside for either a shelf or a window seat. They are typically made up of three insert windows installed into an aluminum clad frame. The most common bay window configuration is a fixed picture window in the center with angled and operable double hung or casement windows on either side.

The head and seat boards of the natural wood bay window interior have no glue lines to inhibit staining. They are also insulated for increased energy efficiency and comfort. An integrated installation system provides structural integrity to the overall window while a dual cable support system secures the top of the bay frame to the building.
